This page explains how to delete your Mango Buddy Run online account and what happens to your data. You can also just delete the app: progress stored only on your device goes with it.
Delete in the game (fastest)
- Open Mango Buddy Run and tap PROFILE.
- Tap ACCOUNT, then DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Delete by email
Email support@laakrichardbrands.com with the subject Delete my Mango Buddy Run account and your @username. We confirm and delete within 7 days. Parents can ask for a child's account to be deleted the same way.
What is deleted
- Your account, @username, ride and country
- Friends, requests, invites and blocks
- Leaderboard entries
- Your Mango Token balance (tokens can't be refunded after deletion)
What we keep
- Anonymous store transaction IDs, so a purchase can't be delivered twice
- Reports about other players that are needed for safety, for up to 12 months
