Who we are

Mango Buddy Run is published by LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD ("we", "us"). Contact: support@laakrichardbrands.com.

Stored only on your device

• Your progress: coins, rides and skins you own, best laps, daily-reward streak and achievements
• Your settings: sound and music levels, graphics, controls, controller layout and the age band chosen at the welcome screen
• Parent-zone settings, including a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of the parent PIN

This data stays on your phone. Deleting the app deletes it.

Online features (only if you go online)

When you open Friends, Leaderboards or the token store, the game creates an account for your device. We store:

• Account: an account ID, a hashed device identifier, your @username, the ride and country you pick, and your age band (under 13 / 13–17 / 18+). We never store a birth date.
• Sign in with Apple or Google (optional): only the anonymous account identifier Apple or Google gives us, so your account moves to a new phone. We do not receive your name, email or photo.
• Friends: your friends list, friend requests, race invites, the players you block and reports you send or receive.
• Invites: your invite code, how many people joined with it, the account that invited you and the date. These power the invite counter and coin rewards in the game.
• Leaderboards: best lap times, wins and the two-letter country code, linked to your @username. Other players see your username, country and score.
• Purchases: your Mango Token balance and the store transaction IDs of your purchases, so each purchase is delivered exactly once. Apple and Google handle payment; we never see card or payment details.
• Security: temporary abuse counters use IP addresses; security logs may record an IP address, time and the kind of blocked request. They never include passwords or sign-in tokens.

Why we use it

Only to run the game: your account, friends, invites, leaderboards, abuse prevention, safety tools (block, report, parental settings) and delivering purchases. We do not use data for advertising, do not share it with advertisers and do not sell it.

What we don't collect

• No name, email, phone number or birth date
• No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access
• No advertising ID, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no third-party ad networks
• The billboards in the game (for example Yemmey Radio) are first-party promotions for LAAK RICHARD products, the same for every player and chosen without any personal data. Watching an optional in-game billboard for bonus coins sends no data anywhere.

Controllers

PS5 DualSense controllers connect through your device's own Bluetooth. The game reads button presses and sends rumble and light-bar colour to the controller; nothing about the controller is stored or sent to us.

Children

Everyone picks an age band at the welcome screen. Players under 13 play offline as guests: friends, invites and leaderboards stay off unless a parent switches them on in the PIN-locked Parent Zone, and there is no chat for anyone. Purchases go through Apple Ask to Buy or Google Family Link. We don't knowingly collect more from children than the account details above, and a parent can ask us to delete a child's account at any time.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your online account until you delete it. Delete it any time in the game: PROFILE › ACCOUNT › DELETE ACCOUNT, or follow these steps. This removes your account, username, friends, invites, blocks, leaderboard entries and Mango Token balance straight away. We keep only anonymous store transaction IDs (so a purchase can't be delivered twice) and reports about other players that are needed for safety, for up to 12 months.

• Apple and Google (sign-in, app stores and purchases)

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority (in Ghana, the Data Protection Commission). Email support@laakrichardbrands.com. If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
