Purchases
- Tokens didn't arrive? Open the STORE in the garage while online and tap RETRY DELIVERY. Your purchase is safe: the store keeps it until our server confirms it.
- New phone? Re-download Mango Buddy Run with the same Apple or Google account; you don't pay for the game again. Sign in with Apple or Google in PROFILE › ACCOUNT to bring your tokens across. On iPhone you can also tap RESTORE PURCHASES.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com › Order history).
PS5 controller
- Hold PS and Create on the DualSense until the light bar flashes.
- Pair it in your phone's or Mac's Bluetooth settings (Android 12 or newer).
- Open Mango Buddy Run. The touch buttons hide by themselves; tap the screen to bring them back.

Two players on one screen
Pick 2 PLAYERS on the title screen. Each player takes one side of the device, or connect two controllers. Works offline.
Friends and invites
Open FRIENDS to find players by @username, accept requests and share your invite code. Players under 13 need a parent to switch friends on in the Parent Zone. If something looks wrong, block and report the player from FRIENDS.
Running smoothly
If the game stutters, open SETTINGS › GRAPHICS and choose BALANCED or BATTERY. Close other apps and keep your phone off charge-heat for long sessions.
Delete your account
In the game: PROFILE › ACCOUNT › DELETE ACCOUNT, or see delete your account.
