City Champions

How it works

Every month, the #1 racer in each city wins LAAK RICHARD BRANDS products. Set the fastest race time in your city and the prize is yours. Round 1 runs from launch to 19 December 2026; after that a new round starts every month.

The prizes

• Round 1: one pair of brand new MGL2390-R1 Noir Vintage loafers for the #1 racer in each city, in the winner's choice of size from 40 to 44.
• Monthly rounds after that: a LAAK RICHARD BRANDS product for the #1 racer in each city. Each month's prize is posted on this page when the round opens.
• Prizes have no cash alternative and can't be transferred. If a product is unavailable we may swap it for a LAAK RICHARD BRANDS product of equal or greater value.

How to enter

1. Download Mango Buddy Run on Google Play.
2. Race the Okrika Circuit and set your fastest time.
3. Email a screenshot of your race result showing your time to support@laakrichardbrands.com with the subject MBR CITY CHAMP. Include your name and your city.

You can send a new screenshot any time during a round to beat your own time; we count your best one.

Round dates

• Round 1 opens 28 October 2026 and closes 19 December 2026, 11:59pm GMT.
• Monthly rounds after that run for a calendar month and close on its last day at 11:59pm GMT, unless this page says otherwise.
• Entries received after a round closes count towards the next round.

Who can enter

• Anyone aged 18 or over, or aged 13 to 17 with a parent's or guardian's permission (the parent or guardian may be asked to confirm).
• Your city is the city you live in. We may ask for reasonable proof before sending a prize.
• Employees of LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD and their immediate families can't enter.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Winners

The fastest verified time from each city wins that city's prize for the round. Ties go to the entry we received first. We check every winning screenshot, and edited, faked or emulator-assisted times are disqualified. Winners are contacted by email within 7 days after a round closes and have 7 days to reply with a delivery address and size; if they don't, the next fastest racer in that city wins. We ship prizes to winners; any import duties or local taxes are the winner's responsibility. With a winner's permission we may share their first name, city and time.

Your details

We use the name, city, email address and screenshot you send only to run the City Champions rounds and contact winners. We delete entries within 90 days after the round they were entered in closes, except winners' details, which we keep as long as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
